2020, a year of agility and innovation

As the events of the last year have shown, 2020 has not been business as usual.

Border closures, changing regulations and economic uncertainty have greatly impacted the aviation industry and the entire world. Despite a difficult year, I want to share a positive note with everyone who has supported us this year.

We have worked together with the greatest flexibility, understanding and kindness as we tried to provide you with the best possible service and assist every passenger on our fleet. Thank you for the enduring trust and confidence you bestow upon us.

To our partners

Our operational partners have continued to deliver excellent services under the most demanding and ever-changing circumstances. Our safety expert partners have helped us to guarantee continuous medical support in the air and on the ground anytime, anywhere. Our travel partners have created with us new solutions to make private travel simple and safe. And our sustainability partners have continued to support us in our effort to reduce our carbon footprint. The response we have received from our clients has been incredible, proving that sustainability remains a priority even in these unsettling times.

As the world went into lockdown, everyone at VistaJet headquarters has been proactive and innovative in assessing how we could better serve our clients and the global community – supporting Governments and medical organizations around the world with repatriation flights to ensure that those with critical travel requirements were able to keep moving.

I believe businesses need support to help kick start the global economy. We will do everything possible to offer organizations and executives the solutions and flexibility they need to get their businesses operational again. Our global infrastructure, resources, and teams are at your disposal.
